Individual Lessons - Advanced Volleyball Training

Individual Lessons will elevate your athlete to the next level. Players will be instructed on mechanics and techniques that lead to being an elite player. Sessions will be held in the Bultman Center or RSC in Orange City, IA.

Sessions will be set up with Coach Van Den Bosch. One of his players, assistant coaches or Coach Van Den Bosch will be running the lesson

*The price will be $45 for 45 minutes with a college player and $65 for Coach Van Den Bosch. If you bring a friend, then it is $15 off the price listed above for each player attending the lesson.

Ex - if you there are 2 players working with a college player then it is $30 per person.

By signing up for the lessons:

_{I, the undersigned, hereby give permission for my minor child to participate in the Advanced Volleyball Training . I recognize and understand that the minor child will be participating in activities which may expose the minor child to some level of risk of injury and that the minor child will be participating at his/her own risk. I agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless Advanced Volleyball Training LLC and its trustees, agents, officers, servants, and employees against loss (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) from any and all claims, or causes of action of any kind or nature that may be brought by or on behalf of the said minor child or by me arising out of any and all known or unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily or personal injuries, damages to property and consequences thereof which may be sustained by the said minor or by me arising out of or in connection with Advanced Volleyball Training LLC. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify Advanced Volleyball Training for any loss or damage to the premises, facility, or equipment caused by my minor child. Such indemnification shall include costs and expenses incurred by Advanced Volleyball Training LLC, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. I also agree that the Advanced Volleyball Training LLC may use images of my child for publicity and advertising purposes.}
